Application Fee

Application Fee:

There will be a $50.00 application fee per tenant if approved for rental.  Fee will only be charged one time at sign-in for unit.  At that time all fees including application fee(s), security deposit, and monthly rent amount will be paid before tenant can move in.  Fee's are to be made via the Buildium website with an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).  Effective June 1, 2023, anyone who chooses not to pay their rent via EFT through the Buildium website will be charged a $20 per month processing fee for checks/money orders.
